As a weekly columnist for four years, I regularly and continuously found something to say for my column Around the Town, published weekly in The Mystic River Press. I wrote from a literary viewpoint about my adventures living along one of Connecticut's most beautiful seaside villages, Mystic. These columns are available as re-prints.

Communications & Publicity

I am available to work with your small business or non-profit organization to write press releases, design brochures, flyers and limited web design.

Spiritual Director

I am a Certified Spiritual Director and trained in the Spiritual Direction Internship Program at Mercy Center in Madison, Connecticut. Spiritual Direction is a conversation aimed at deepening your spiritual awareness and relationship with God, the sacred or your higher power. Spiritual Direction helps the person who is seeking a deeper relationship with God to notice the presence of God in the various events, relationships and structures of one's life. It invites persons to develop a contemplative attitude in their life. The director, as a companion, listens attentively to the spiritual life and journey of the directee. The relationship of spiritual direction is sacred, safe and strictly confidential. I have a private practice where people from all faith traditions come to explore their spiritual journeys. Sessions are by appointment in Niantic and Old Saybrook locations.
